• Credit card will be billed as "CCBILL LLC" or " Epoch EU"
• The administrators of this site reserve the right to refuse membership to any individual and/or cancel a membership.

  Please note: In case of violation of this term the account will be blocked and NO REFUND will be issued!
  
• Members with a history of refunded or charged back transactions will be denied access
• Memberships may not be assigned or transferred. Sharing or distributing username and password information will result in immediate suspension of services and permanent blacklisting from all our sites
• Any communication regarding a refund or transaction reversal must be made to RuTwinks support, FIRST. Inquiring about, requesting or receiving any transaction reversal, refund or charge-back from the payment processor, credit card, bank, or any other entity other than RuTwinks without first contacting RuTwinks about your issue is strictly prohibited and will constitute fraud and an intentional breach of this Terms, for which RuTwinks will pursue full legal remedies
• Members are responsible for providing the administrators with immediate notification of any breach of security in relation to their username and password
• Access Restrictions: Access privilege to the Message Boards and LiveChat features may be restricted or revoked at the discretion of the site administrators.
• Free access to BONUS sites content may end or be withdrawn at any time, without prior notice
• Trial Membership owners during trial period can have STREAMING ONLY, DRM free download is available only for Basic, Premium, Trial (after it is converted in to Basic) Membership owners. Your suggested internet download speed for streaming must be from 7 Mbps.
• Download Restrictions:
  • You may download up to 10 Gigabytes from the members area PER 24 hours. When this limit is exceeded, subsequent requests are refused and access will be restored after 24 hours. TRIAL MEMBERS can download up to 800 Megabytes from the members area PER DAY. When this limit is exceeded, subsequent requests are refused and access will be restored after 24 hours.
  • All downloads are monitored and logged. Duplicate downloads of files from the members area will result in termination of services
  • Download software which facilitate bandwidth abuse may be denied access at the discretion of the site administrators. Using of anonymizers or other proxy services is prohibited
  • The use of "site copier" software is strictly prohibited
  • FREE Access offer to PirrerHouse.com or other sites included in your subscription content may end or be withdrawn at any time, without prior notice
  • No Contact Information: Posting of contact information and links, (including but not limited to telephone numbers, Email addresses, messenger IDs, and URLs) on interactive areas of the site such as the Message Boards and Live Chat, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will cause permanent blacklisting from all our sites!
  • Members are responsible for providing all personal computer, communications equipment, and any other equipment necessary to gain access to the web site. WebTV users may experience incompatibility with a few of the site features, but the majority will still be available.
  • Members agree to indemnify and hold without harm RuTwinks, its employees, agents, directors, and other Members from any and all claims, damages, expenses (including attorneys fees) and liabilities resultant from any and all use of the Members account, whether authorized or unauthorized

  • You have to cancel recurring billing of "Discounted membership" to RussianGuysFeet.com" when you cancel main membership purchased with RuTwinks.com otherwise it will be blocked when main membership expires
  • Bonus credits and access to third parity platforms can be changed or not added on discretion of their administrators and policy
